You may attend any active group once as a visitor, if you contact the group coordinator first, but to continue you have to become a member of Bedford u3a.

Meet at Cloverdale Retreat (MK41 9DJ) or at Vue Cinema (MK40 1AS)

The rides are between six to ten miles, some members choose to ride to the starting points which means they ride between twelve and fifteen miles.

We are an easy going group and ride between 7/8 mph. Your bike needs to be roadworthy and please carry a new inner tube in the unlikely event of a puncture.

Part way through the ride we stop for a cup of tea and a chat. You will not be left alone if any problems arise.
