You may attend any active group once as a visitor, if you contact the group coordinator first, but to continue you have to become a member of Bedford u3a.

Do you want something that will challenge you physically and mentally ? Why not give handbell ringing a go! - If you are interested in joining the group please contact Maggie for more information. Whilst new members are not expected to be experienced musicians you will need to have a sense of rhythm and timing.
The handbell group was formed about 12 years ago. We play all types of music from classical to popular and some especially written for handbells. It's good for the brain and the soul, great fun and a good test of teamwork.
Everyone leaves the rehearsal with a smile on their face.
We are happy to entertain at local care homes and provide entertainment for WIs, over 60's lunch groups etc.
