You may attend any active group once as a visitor, if you contact the group coordinator first, but to continue you have to become a member of Bedford u3a.

We play doubles table tennis. It is a 'social club' i.e. we are not in a league, nor do we hold competitions within the group. We play purely for enjoyment.

New members are welcome providing they have some experience. Each member should provide his own table tennis bat and should have appropriate footwear (i.e. trainers/plimsols).

There is ample free parking. The Pavillion has toilets, changing rooms and a kitchen which is used to provide members with refreshments (tea and biscuits) around 3pm.

We also go out for a Christmas lunch.
